Service management standards are based upon globally accepted methodologies, such as ITIL. Upon service completion, the Service Management function assumes responsibility for day-to-day management of the MDS engagement. Per ITIL methodology, Ricoh Service Management specifically manages the quality of services used to transform, operate and optimize the information infrastructure.
